By accessing or using ListingsKit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use ListingsKit. You agree to use ListingsKit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe the information you have provided is inaccurate or misleading.
Subscriptions and Payments
ListingsKit offers free and paid subscription plans. Prices, features, and payment terms are displayed on our pricing page and may change from time to time. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, and we do not store payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Beta Access
During the beta phase, certain features may be experimental or limited. By participating in the beta, you acknowledge that features may change or be removed without notice, performance and reliability may vary, and your feedback may be used to improve the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or feature availability during this phase.
User Content
By uploading or submitting any content, including listings, images, and text, you grant ListingsKit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You retain full ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
All materials and intellectual property on ListingsKit, including software, templates, designs, and logos, are owned or licensed by ListingsKit. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your account and legal action.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse the Services in any way, including attempting unauthorized access, uploading harmful or unlawful materials, or using ListingsKit to send spam or unsolicited communications. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Services without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may cancel your account or subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, but certain provisions, such as ownership, indemnity, and limitations of liability, will survive termination.
Disclaimers
ListingsKit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that they will meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListingsKit and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the past twelve months or one hundred dollars (CAD), whichever is greater.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in British Columbia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, and the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
